the Sellers. If such a case of force majeure should occur before the shipment of the goods the Sellers may withdraw from the contract or postpone the shipment at their option. If such should happen after the shipment the Insurance Co. will be responsible according to the Insurance policy.

7. If the Sellers fail to ship the goods they shall immediately notify the Buyers by letter, stating the reason. In this case the Bank shall refund the deposit to Buyers, plus accumulated interest.
